  $50 for your brochure in the free goody bags for each attendee (We need 500 inserts from each advertiser)

  Exhibitors
  Price includes 2 tickets to conference and 2 lunch tickets. Additional people at booth will be $30.00/person to cover the cost of lunch and a ticket.
  No additional cost for extra lighting, but let us know if you need access to electricity.
  Exhibitors may set up on Friday afternoon between 3-5 PM.
  Setup on Saturday begins at 6:00 AM Saturday, program starts at 8:15 AM. Arrive depending how long it will take you to setup.
  Deadline to register for a table is Friday, August 29th, 2025 (or until sold out; space is limited).
  Deadline for program ad submission is Friday, August 29th, 2025.
  Deadline for delivery of goody bag insert is Friday, August 22nd, 2025.
